In the web, there are many list of free web directories. They use attractive descriptions to attract visitors, to just come to their sites and visit the low quality directories who pay them to get listed in their sites. Some of them do not have any quality at all, other do not lists your site at their directory unless you link to their directory first or pay them.

Here I am giving a list of very high quality and high PR directories where you can submit your site to get listed for free and without any condition.
